10-pack · Terms
The short version, in writing.
This is the agreement you accept when you pay. It's deliberately short. Questions go to hello@mammothboardroom.com.
- 01What you're buyingA 10-visit membership to Mammoth Board Room: ten visits for the price shown at checkout, paid once by card. No tax is added.
- 02What a visit isA calendar day. Your first door scan of the day uses one visit, and the door keeps opening for you until midnight. If our hours ever run past midnight, a visit that crosses it counts as two.
- 03No expiryYour visits don't expire. One open pack per person; you can buy the next one when this one is used up.
- 04Cancelling and refundsUntil your first visit, cancel from your account for a full refund to your card. After a visit, there's no automatic refund; email us and we'll refund the unused visits at a tenth of what you paid each, which closes the pack. Chargebacks void the pack.
- 05Before your first visitYou must be 18 or over, sign our waiver, and do a short walkthrough with one of us. The waiver says the room is unstaffed and you use it at your own risk.
- 06Your door codeIt's for you alone. Don't share it or let anyone in with you. Every scan is logged with your name, and the room is on camera.
- 07If you joinBecome a monthly member and your pack pauses. The visits left come back when your membership ends.
- 08Our sideWe can void a pack for misuse of the room or the code. If we do with visits left, we refund them. We can stop selling packs at any time; one you already hold keeps working.
